Join The First Group Hospitality as a Barista!
As a Barista at our premier location at Silver Sands Beach in Jeddah, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages while delivering exceptional guest service. Your role will involve:

• Preparing and serving beverages such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to established recipes and standards.
• Providing attentive, friendly, and professional service to all guests.
• Accurately taking customer orders and handling cash or point-of-sale transactions efficiently.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and service areas.
• Ensuring proper use and maintenance of coffee machines and related equipment.
• Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory control.
• Responding to guest inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
We prefer candidates with previous experience as a barista or in a customer-facing role. You should have:

• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• A professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
