Join Hilton as a Cluster Executive Pastry Chef!
We are seeking a skilled and creative pastry professional to oversee the pastry sections across multiple kitchens, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. With a commitment to quality and innovation, you will play a key role in planning production and developing seasonal offerings.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing the pastry operations across assigned hotels.
• Ensuring consistency and high quality in all dessert and pastry offerings.
• Creatively developing pastry menus that delight our guests.
• Supervising and coordinating all pastry preparation and presentation.
• Planning production to meet daily requirements.
• Implementing seasonal and promotional menu offerings.
• Managing food cost controls to maximize revenue.
• Ensuring compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations.

What we are looking for:
Successful candidates will have:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Pastry Chef or in a senior pastry role.
• Proven ability to lead multiple pastry operations.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• A valid trade qualification.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
• Exceptional planning and time-management abilities.
