Job Purpose:
This role focuses on ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of production equipment through repairs, preventive maintenance, and safety checks. As a vital member of our team, you'll collaborate to optimize performance and maintain high-quality output.

Key Functional Responsibilities:

• Assist in emergency response activities during equipment failures or power outages, ensuring minimal disruption to service.
• Perform scheduled maintenance repairs during machine service.
• Identify and address potential issues to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues.
• Perform mechanical skills including troubleshooting, welding, and more.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean workspace.
• Monitor production processes for efficiency and quality.
• Perform inspections and predictive maintenance tasks.

Education:
A Technical High School diploma or a diploma in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related industrial field is required.

Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field is required.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
• Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction through quality service and proactive communication.
• Perform regular maintenance checks and tasks while attending to call-outs.
• Maintain accountability for equipment safety and performance, identifying risks and communicating them to supervisors.
• Execute service operations according to maintenance and safety instructions, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Submit accurate reports and timesheets based on work performed.

Requirements
• ITI/Vocational Certificate course/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Automation or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of solid Preventive Maintenance and Troubleshooting experience with a reputable elevator company.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills; basic IT skills preferred.
• A valid GCC driving license is an advantage.
