Job Purpose:
The role is responsible for Mars stock management and outbound operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency in logistics services delivery with optimum cost and quality through managing all relevant 3PLs operations and performance. Key responsibilities include managing the order to delivery cycle for all modern trade customers, relevant conversion cost management, and driving value leadership programs across logistics operations while ensuring full compliance with Mars global standards and local regulations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Logistics network optimization.
• Stock accuracy, reconciliation, full physical and cycle counts.
• Warehouse 3PL management for inbound, warehousing & outbound including contracts, SLA and performance management.
• Managing compliance with Mars Global standards for warehousing and transportation.
• Manage all outbound operations including deliveries, redeliveries, and refusals.
• Budget management for warehousing and transportation in owned regions.

Education & Professional Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Industrial Engineering, or supply chain.
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in supply chain (planning, logistics, and customer service).
• Systems knowledge is a must as the associate will manage one or more systems (*, Excel, SAP, Oracle, WMS).
• Certification in Supply Chain management (CPIM, CLTD).
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
