Job Purpose:
Assist with financial activities including preparing financial statements, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Accountability Areas:
- Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate ledger accounts and assist in posting transactions.
- Financial Reporting: Help prepare financial statements and assist with budget forecasts.
- Account Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliations for accuracy.
- Compliance & Audit Support: Ensure compliance with policies and support audits.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Assist with invoicing and payment processing.
- Financial Analysis & Reporting: Analyze financial data to support decision-making.
- Cost Tracking & Control: Monitor expenses for budget compliance.
Qualifications:
- Technical diploma in Accounting.
- 0-2 years of experience preferred.
- Competencies in Financial Accounting, Accounts Receivable, and Reconciliation.
