Join Nahdi Medical Co. as a DC Operations Supervisor.
We are looking for a dedicated professional to lead our operations area at the Distribution Center. In this challenging role, you will ensure all operations align with safety and governmental standards while efficiently utilizing resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Distribution Center Management:
- Lead operations in accordance with all safety and quality standards.
- Plan for demand fluctuations, seasonality, and capacity utilization.
- Participate in assigned Supply Chain projects.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with operation standards.
- Supervise loading/unloading processes while ensuring safety measures are followed.
- Review KPIs to ensure operations meet service level agreements.
Team Management:
- Manage team performance and monitor achievement of KPIs.
- Conduct daily operations meetings to keep team aligned with priorities.
- Coordinate workload to ensure uninterrupted flow of work.

Work Environment:
Indoors: 90%, Outdoors: 10%
Working Days: 5 days, Days Off: 2 days
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree
2+ years of experience in a warehouse or operations role
Proficiency in MS Office and Inventory Management Systems
Fluent in English and Arabic

Basic Qualifications:

Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for shifts up to 12 hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Experience in logistics.
