About the Role

ASAS for Developing & Operating Industrial Cities is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join their team in Makkah, Mecca, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on providing excellent service by applying and implementing high standards in communication and support for investors. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls on the authority's unified number.
• Provide excellent service by applying and implementing established communication standards.
• Respond to investor inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Raise, follow up on, and record tickets and complaints through the designated system.
• Enhance communication and coordination between relevant internal departments.
• Inform investors about the status of their previous and current requests.
• Adhere to quality requirements for Modon investors.
• Assist investors in registering their electronic requests.
• Send invoices and account statements as required.
• Provide technical support to investors and assist them in resolving issues related to products or services.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in customer interaction is required.
• A minimum of a general secondary school certificate is mandatory; a diploma is preferred.
• Must be of Saudi nationality.
• Must be medically and physically fit.
• Demonstrated good conduct and behavior.

Required Skills

• Strong customer service skills.
• Good language proficiency.
• Good English speaking skills are essential.
• Ability to speak Chinese is preferred.
