Role Overview: As a Customer Service Specialist (CSS), you will be essential in managing customer service operations across Saudi Arabia. Your key responsibilities include:
- Handling customer interactions and managing orders efficiently.
- Ensuring smooth shipment processes and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams such as Demand Planning, Logistics, and Sales.
- Monitoring operations and analyzing performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
- Implementing initiatives that enhance order-to-delivery cycles and service quality.
Qualifications: We are looking for a candidate who holds a Bachelor’s degree and has 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in customer service or supply chain operations. A strong understanding of logistics, planning techniques, and experience with SAP and CRM systems is essential.
