Join Ninja as an Operation Supervisor!
We are seeking an experienced Operation Supervisor to manage daily operations within our distribution center. Ninja, a leading delivery service established in 2022, has quickly become synonymous with speed and reliability in delivering essential products across Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Warehouse Operations: Oversee receiving, picking, packing, inventory control, and ensure efficiency in all processes.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain adherence to safety procedures and operational standards.
• Team Development: Train, coach, and lead warehouse staff to meet productivity and quality goals.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Inventory Accuracy: Maintain accurate records using warehouse management systems.
• Budgeting and Cost Control: Assist in developing and managing operational budgets.
• Coordination: Collaborate with logistics, transport, and customer service teams.
• Issue Resolution: Promptly resolve operational issues as they arise.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory management.
• Proficiency in WMS and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
