We are looking for a qualified and experienced HR Manager to lead and develop the Human Resources function by designing and implementing HR strategies that align with our company’s objectives and ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and government regulations.
  • Supervise payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Lead training and development initiatives.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance to senior management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, including managerial roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
