Join our dynamic team as a Senior Sales Engineer! At Rezayat Industrial Cluster, we prioritize maintaining and expanding our business across multi sales accounts. Our ideal candidate will lead a productive sales team to penetrate the market, gather market intelligence, and generate leads and opportunities.

- Ensure business stability and smooth process flow of ongoing jobs/projects, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a sales team towards achieving performance goals.
- Manage existing customer relationships and build credibility with new clients.
- Understand customer decision-making processes and conduct customer mapping.
- Conduct market research and gather market intelligence to enhance our market approach.
- Lead the qualification and vendor registration process for new services/products.
- Audit and approve bid documents (technical & commercial proposals).
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 6–8 years as a Sales Engineer.
