Your expertise will help us streamline operations and serve our customers better in the technology and manufacturing sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create opportunities in the CRM system and assign them to the appropriate sales representatives, ensuring prompt follow-up and tracking.
- Collect monthly forecasts from the sales team, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Register end-users and companies in the CRM system maintaining accurate records.
- Facilitate vendor registration processes, both through forms and online portals, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Provide support to the sales team in various sales-related tasks, including order processing, quotation preparation, and customer inquiries.
- Assist in organizing marketing events such as exhibitions, trainings, and other sales-related activities.
- Assist customers with their inquiries via phone calls, appropriately filtering and assigning accounts for follow-up.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proficiency in MS Office and related tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Basic 1 year experience in sales coordination or similar role, preferably in the technology or manufacturing industry.
