Core Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell our Fluid & Motion Control offerings across various industry segments.
• Regular visits to existing and potential customers, including Distributors, OEMs, and End users.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities while maintaining a project opportunity list.
• Assess customer needs and provide appropriate technical solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and business opportunities within your authority.
• Collaborate with business development and sales support teams to drive growth strategies.
• Participate in trade shows and customer development activities.
• Provide regular reports on market trends and customer behaviors.

Who You Are:
You possess strong expertise in Pneumatics with a solution-oriented approach. Your relationship-building skills and adaptability to diverse environments set you apart. As a self-motivated individual, you thrive in collaboration with various teams.

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Technical Sales.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Preferred experience in Fluid Control/Pneumatics is a plus.
• Able to travel as per business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical knowledge of Emerson ASCO, Topworx, Tescom products.

We are looking for a driven individual to drive revenue growth and market penetration for our services. As a Sales Head/Manager, you will be responsible for managing client portfolios, developing opportunities, and executing disciplined, compliant sales activities in line with our governance and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Account Management: Manage and grow a defined client portfolio across assigned sectors, develop account plans to increase revenue, and build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Commercial Execution: Lead tenders, proposals, and negotiations ensuring compliance with benchmarks and pricing discipline.
• P&L Contribution: Contribute to P&L through effective revenue management and monitor sales KPIs.
