We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team at IPS. This position will primarily focus on branding initiatives and video creation to enhance our school's visual identity and communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the school's visual brand identity across various platforms and materials.
- Create engaging and visually appealing graphics for both digital and print media, including posters, flyers, brochures, and social media content.
- Design and produce high-quality videos to promote school events, activities, and achievements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
- Manage and update the school's graphic design assets and templates.
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices in the field of graphic design.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for various projects.
- Assist in other design-related tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working as a Graphic Designer with a focus on branding and video creation.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding projects and video creations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of printing processes and specifications for various media.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, branding, and video creation.
- Experience working in an educational setting is a plus.
