- Assist the Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager
- Wear the correct uniform and maintain high personal appearance
- Acquire knowledge of menu items and upsell effectively
- Monitor inventory and maintain cleanliness of the work area
- Handle guest inquiries and manage complaints professionally
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
- Support other departments and fulfill additional duties as assigned
