Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all maintenance issues within the hotel.
- Perform daily checks around the hotel to ensure everything is functioning well.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
- Coordinate renovation projects, managing bidding and overseeing contractors.
- Develop, implement, and manage emergency and energy conservation programs.
- Build strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers.
- Ensure the health and safety of the hotel through inspections and employee training.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Advanced knowledge of building management/engineering.
