Key Responsibilities:
  • Report punctually for duty in complete uniform, adhering to grooming standards.
  • Provide a professional service to guests at all times.
  • Become knowledgeable of all food and beverage items offered and perform upselling.
  • Monitor operating supplies to reduce spoilage and wastage.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the working area at all times.
  • Handle guest inquiries courteously and efficiently.
  • Attend all staff meetings and training sessions.
  • Assist with scheduled inventories of products and equipment.
  • Maintain a positive and motivated attitude at all times.

5. التعامل مع استفسارات العملاء: الرد على أسئلة الزبائن وتقديم المساعدة حسب الحاجة.

6. تسجيل الطلبات: إدخال الطلبات بدقة في النظام والتأكد من توافقها مع الفواتير.

7. إغلاق حسابات الزبائن: التعامل مع المدفوعات النهائية
عند مغادرة الزباتن.

8. التعامل مع الشكاوى: معالجة أي شكاوى أو مشكلات
قد نطرأ أثناء عملية الدفع.

9. تنظيف منطقة العمل: الحفاظ على نظافة منطقة
الكاشير وترتيبها.

10. تعاون مع فريق العمل: العمل بشكل وثيق مع طاقم الخدمة والمطبخ لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.
