Key Responsibilities:

• Execute recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screenings, and interviews.
• Maintain and regularly update employee records and files.
• Monitor attendance and leaves, preparing related reports.
• Implement HR policies and statutory labor regulations.
• Prepare and draft employment contracts and manage terminations.
• Oversee onboarding and employee orientation programs.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Handle payroll-related tasks in coordination with the finance department.
• Manage employee benefits and medical insurance programs.
• Address employee inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Prepare and submit HR reports to management.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor employee matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications like SHRM or CIPD are preferred.
• 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar environment.
