Join Napco National as a Maintenance Technician
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Dammam. At Napco National, we pride ourselves on transforming visions into reality and driving the growth of the national industrial sector since 1956.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct repairs & maintenance of machinery and mechanical equipment according to diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer’s specifications.
  • Dismantle devices to access and remove defective parts using hand tools, power tools, hoists, and cranes.
  • Examine form and texture of parts to detect imperfections.
  • Inspect used parts for dimensional changes using ruling and measuring tools.
  • Adjust functional parts and control instruments for optimal operation.
  • Repair or replace defective parts as necessary.
  • Set-up and operate metalworking tools when required.

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our client's team. This role focuses on the maintenance and repair of critical rotating equipment essential for industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on rotating equipment including pumps, compressors, turbines, and motors.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical failures and conduct root cause analysis.

  • Ensure accurate recording of maintenance activities in CMMS.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Technical Certification in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience maintaining rotating equipment in petrochemicals or oil & gas industries.
  • Strong hands-on experience with relevant machinery.
  • Expertise in alignment, balancing, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and P&IDs.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and maintenance best practices.
  • Experience in turnarounds is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
