Join Our Dynamic Team as a Sales Engineer!

We are R-ALETQAN, a leading company in the electrical and automation sector in Saudi Arabia. Our mission is to provide innovative engineering solutions to our industrial clients. We're looking for talented Sales Engineers to support our business growth in Riyadh and the Eastern Region (Dammam).

About the Role:
This role is tailored for a business hunter—not a desk-based salesperson. The ideal candidate will actively develop new business, cultivate strong customer relationships, and drive sales within the electrical, instrumentation, and industrial solutions market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new business opportunities and expand market presence in the assigned region.
  • Identify new projects, tenders, and customer opportunities.
  • Establish long-term customer relationships from scratch.
  • Engage with end users, EPC contractors, and industrial clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, technical review, negotiation, and order closure.
  • Exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
  • Review specifications, BOQs, and datasheets.
  • Follow up on quotations and negotiations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and project pipelines.

Required Qualifications:
  • 2–5 years of experience in electrical systems and products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation & Control Engineering.
  • Solid understanding of electrical and instrumentation systems.
  • Fluent Arabic (spoken and professional communication).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Sales-driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
