Position Overview: Hair Dresser

Learn To B HR Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Hair Dresser to join a professional team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves providing comprehensive hair care and styling services to clients, ensuring high standards of service and client satisfaction.

Role and Client Engagement

The Hair Dresser will be responsible for understanding client needs, recommending appropriate services, and building lasting relationships. This position requires a focus on delivering personalized hair solutions and maintaining a professional demeanor within a salon environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments.
• Perform professional haircuts based on client preferences.
• Provide hair coloring, highlighting, balayage, ombré, bleaching, and color correction services.
• Perform hair styling for daily wear, special occasions, weddings, and events.
• Carry out hair treatments, including keratin, protein, Botox, scalp treatments, and deep conditioning.
• Shampoo, condition, and blow-dry hair using professional techniques.
• Recommend appropriate hair care products and educate clients on aftercare.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, tools, and salon equipment.
• Ensure all tools are sanitized in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Manage appointments efficiently while maintaining high service quality.
• Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
