About the Human Resources Clerk Role

شركة رنيم العاصمه للمقاولات is seeking a Human Resources Clerk to manage employee records and support HR operations. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records accurately.
  • Prepare and submit employment-related reports to relevant authorities.
  • Record personal data for new employees and ensure all documentation is complete.
  • Process employment, promotion, transfer, and loan requests, and follow up on their status.
  • Collect additional data as required for HR functions.
  • Record employee status changes and update their registered data accordingly.
  • Save supporting documents for all status changes and notify relevant parties.
  • Compile data on work hours, allowances, and deductions to prepare accurate payroll statements.

Data Management and Confidentiality

  • Maintain the strict confidentiality of employee data and handle it with care.
  • Ensure employee data is not leaked and is shared only with authorized personnel according to established instructions.
  • Manage employee data and files, creating and updating employee profiles (both paper and digital) with their personal and professional information.
  • Enter new employee information into the company's databases and maintain their accuracy.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of all employee information and official documents.
  • Follow up on leave records (annual, sick, etc.) and ensure they are accurately updated.

Required Experience

Candidates are expected to have between 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in human resources administration or a similar role.

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
