About the Role

W Hotels is seeking a Human Resources Talent Coach (HR Supervisor) to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to employee relations and human resources support within a dynamic hospitality environment. The role requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

The Human Resources Talent Coach will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the monitoring and tracking of employee relations issues, including their resolution and follow-up.
  • Supporting management and the leadership team in handling and resolving Human Resources issues.
  • Monitoring all hiring and recruitment processes to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, as well as company policies and standards.
  • Informing Human Resources management of any issues related to employee relations.
  • Responding to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies, and guidelines.
  • Disseminating information to employees concerning employer-employee relations, employee activities, and personnel policies and programs.
  • Reviewing and ensuring the accurate maintenance of all employee records and files, such as interview documents and I-9 forms.
  • Assisting with the logistics, administration, and scheduling of annual employee surveys.
  • Answering phone calls and recording messages.

Employee Support and Development

This role involves direct support for employees and management in various HR capacities. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
  • Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with colleagues and supporting team goals.
  • Listening to and responding appropriately to the concerns of other employees.

Professional Conduct and Compliance

Adherence to company policies and professional standards is essential. This includes:

  • Following all company and safety and security policies and procedures, and reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Speaking with others using clear and professional language and answering telephones using appropriate etiquette.

General Duties

The role also encompasses general administrative and operational tasks:

  • Welcoming and acknowledging all guests according to company standards.
  • Entering and locating work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems.
  • Performing other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
  • Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
