About the Role

iHR (International Human Resources) is recruiting on behalf of its client, a company operating within the Training and Education sector in Riyadh. We are seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive business growth, and foster strategic partnerships within the market.

Role Overview

The Sales Manager will be instrumental in achieving revenue targets, strengthening client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This full-time position requires a proactive approach to expanding the company's presence and market share in the training and education industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and performance goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with corporate, government, and institutional clients.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare periodic reports for senior management.
  • Oversee the preparation of proposals, conduct negotiations, and ensure successful contract closures.
  • Drive the achievement of revenue targets and ensure sustainable business growth.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Previous experience within the training, education, or professional services sector is preferred.

Required Skills and Attributes

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in negotiation and closing deals.
  • Excellent relationship management and client engagement skills.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. Candidates must be based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
