• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide continuous feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
• Build and sustain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Assist in developing job descriptions and specifications for various roles.

Preferred Candidate:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Experience in a similar role within a recruitment agency.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Proactive and adaptable to changing environments.
