Join Our Team as a Recruitment Specialist!We are actively seeking a Recruitment Specialist to become part of our Human Resources - Recruitment Team at eXtra. Your role will involve a vital contribution to our hiring process and enhancing our retail recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities:- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for retail roles in collaboration with department heads.
- Conduct interviews to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Maintain clear communication with candidates, providing updates and information throughout their hiring journey.
- Track recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire and candidate quality.
- Manage recruitment documentation and correspondence.
- Oversee HRDF registration for eligible candidates.
- Support local and international recruitment initiatives.
- Facilitate hiring processes for Saudi and non-Saudi candidates according to business requirements.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar HR role.
- Understanding of retail operations and manpower needs.
- Prior experience in multi-location retail hiring is preferred.
- Proficient communication skills in both Arabic and English.
