As a Dietitian, you will oversee the daily operations and performance of clinical dietetics services. Your mission is to develop and execute individualized nutrition care plans tailored to the unique medical conditions and dietary needs of our patients. You will deliver nutrition counseling and educational sessions to patients, families, and caregivers, ensuring they understand the benefits of healthy eating habits.

As a Dietitian, you will oversee the daily operations and performance of clinical dietetics services. Your mission is to develop and execute individualized nutrition care plans tailored to the unique medical conditions and dietary needs of our patients. You will deliver nutrition counseling and educational sessions to patients, families, and caregivers, ensuring they understand the benefits of healthy eating habits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and calculate patients' nutritional requirements, including caloric and macronutrient needs.
- Develop and review dietary plans and menu options based on patients’ clinical progress.
- Monitor and verify the accuracy of patient meal trays against prescribed dietary requirements.
- Ensure consistent implementation of the Nutrition Care Process (NCP).
- Collaborate with food services to maintain standards of food safety and quality.
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds to align nutrition plans with patient care strategies.
- Conduct audits on food preparation and patient satisfaction.
- Provide training to junior dietitians and interns as required.
Qualifications:
- Certified Clinical Dietitian Specialist by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining departmental processes.
