- Collaborate with HR teams to enhance overall effectiveness and services.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions, offering insights to improve workflow.
- Identify process improvement areas and implement solutions to streamline operations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance.
- Support implementation of HR initiatives aligning with organizational goals.
- Serve as a point of contact for HR inquiries, guiding employees and management.
- Monitor HR metrics to assess operational effectiveness.
- Assist in developing and documenting HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR operations or a related function.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
