Join Diwan Events as a Sales Specialist for Events & Exhibitions!
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Specialist to enhance our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will be at the forefront of generating new opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new project opportunities for the company.
  • Identify and approach potential clients professionally.
  • Build and maintain a targeted client list.
  • Understand client requirements and project needs.
  • Follow up with clients from initial contact to proposal delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals.
  • Market the company’s services and establish new client relationships.
  • Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in events, exhibitions, or conferences.
  • Prior experience with event/exhibition companies or similar agencies is required.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Good understanding of technical and financial proposals.
  • Able to handle multiple client follow-ups effectively.
  • Fluent in Arabic; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Availability for on-site work in Riyadh.
Preferred Skills:
  • Existing client database or previous industry relationships.
  • Experience with corporate or government clients.
  • Proven ability to market services and create new business opportunities.

Immediate joining is preferred.
