At AWN Business Services, we specialize in managing government platforms and delivering tailored solutions for our business clients' government relations and compliance needs. We are on the lookout for an experienced Sales Specialist to be a part of our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients, understand their product needs, and explain our offerings.
- Prepare and share quotations and contracts with clients.
- Utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track and manage leads.
- Follow up with clients in the pipeline until the deal is closed.
- Provide answers and guidance on services related to government compliance and platform management.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain excellent after-sales relations with clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Enthusiastic and motivated to reach sales goals.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems.
- Preference for candidates with a background in handling government platforms such as Qiwa, Mudad, Absher Business, or Muqeem.
- Ability to effectively manage time and meet targets.
- A passion for assisting clients and solving their needs.
