Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries across various communication channels.
- Articulate and explain special education services based on client needs.
- Schedule sessions and coordinate appointments with specialists.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients before and after service delivery.
- Achieve monthly sales targets effectively.
- Maintain and update client records with accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Previous experience in a call center or telesales is preferred.
- Demonstrated professional customer service and communication skills.
