As the Head of chefs, you will oversee daily operations ensuring excellence in product quality, cleanliness, and team performance. This dynamic role encompasses various management responsibilities, each critical for maintaining high customer satisfaction and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting & Documentation: Complete incident and KPI reports accurately and on time. Maintain production and wastage data within Foodics.
  • Staff Management & Leadership: Manage outlet staff effectively, promoting team spirit and professionalism.
  • Stock & Wastage Control: Monitor stock levels, control wastage, and ensure compliance with FIFO.
  • SOPs, Recipes & Product Quality: Ensure product consistency, adherence to recipes, and perform quality checks.
  • Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain hygiene and safety standards across all areas of the outlet.
  • Communication & Management Cooperation: Provide updates to senior management and respond to operational needs.
