Join Our Team as an IT Support Technician!
We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive IT Support Technician to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will be responsible for installing new systems (including networking setups), diagnosing and resolving a wide range of hardware and software issues, and ensuring our clients can operate efficiently and effectively.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive IT Support Technician to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will be responsible for installing new systems (including networking setups), diagnosing and resolving a wide range of hardware and software issues, and ensuring our clients can operate efficiently and effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to identify technical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Respond to or escalate support calls within agreed timeframes.
- Install, configure, and maintain client systems (PCs, mobile devices, networking equipment).
- Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and problem resolution.
- Liaise with help desks and support centers as required.
- Assist in developing testing and repair processes.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand service agreements.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Field Service Representative or in a similar IT support role.
- Experience managing and maintaining technical equipment.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Team-oriented with effective time-management abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable using mobile tools and applications.
