Join منجم تطوير الأعمال | BIM Ventures as a Junior Accountant and play a crucial role in our financial operations. We are a venture studio dedicated to building successful and sustainable enterprises in Saudi Arabia.

Job Responsibilities:

• Post daily journals including revenue, expenses, accruals, and prepayments.
• Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable ledgers; process vendor invoices and customer receipts.
• Perform reconciliations for bank accounts, cash, and petty cash; promptly resolve any variances.
• Assist with month-end closures including schedules for accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, and depreciation.
• Achieve posting accuracy of at least 99% in sampled entries.
• Ensure vendor invoice turnaround is ≤ 3 business days from receipt.

Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, ideally in a dynamic or startup environment.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial data processing and reporting.
• Good understanding of taxation and financial compliance.
