Join UMQ as a Business Development Manager! We are looking for a motivated individual to lead our business development efforts, particularly in the construction and contracting sectors.

- Develop and oversee implementation of comprehensive strategies for business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities, clients, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with key government entities and major contractors.
- Prepare competitive proposals and submit tenders for major projects.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to refine our strategies.
- Lead negotiations to secure strategic partnerships.
- Set performance goals for the team and monitor execution.
- Collaborate with management to set revenue targets.
- Mentor the business development team to enhance their capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in business development, with a focus on construction.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and tendering processes.
- Proven track record of winning major projects.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
