In this role, you will promote Aon in the marketplace while driving sustainable business growth in the Central Region. Aligning with Aon’s vision and values, you will be instrumental in establishing and nurturing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development efforts in the Central Region.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
- Develop and execute strategic business and sales plans.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of prospects.
- Conduct regular internal meetings for goal-setting and performance reviews.
- Prepare monthly sales and pipeline reports.
- Research market needs and gather client feedback for service delivery improvements.
- Identify leads and negotiate terms as per Aon's guidelines.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Implement lead generation and local marketing initiatives.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Strong business development and sales capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and disciplined pipeline management.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3–5 years experience in business development or sales.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi market.
