Join Our Team as a Procurement Manager
At First Access Consulting, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Procurement Manager to lead our procurement activities. If you have a passion for strategic procurement and excellent negotiation skills, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic procurement plans that support operational objectives and cost control.
Oversee the procurement of raw materials, electrical components, and equipment in line with production requirements.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with local and international suppliers to ensure optimal value.
Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Coordinate with the planning, production, quality, and finance departments to align purchasing with operational needs.
Monitor market trends, supplier innovations, and industry best practices to improve procurement efficiency and reduce risk.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, safety regulations, and internal control procedures.
Manage procurement records, reports, and documentation for auditing and internal use.
Lead and mentor a team of buyers and procurement specialists, providing training and performance feedback.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of progressive experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of sourcing and supply chain processes in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Must have experience in the manufacturing industry.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and supplier relationship management skills.
Familiarity with ERP systems (*, SAP, Oracle) and procurement software tools.
Analytical thinking with attention to detail and cost optimization strategies.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
