About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ushairat Sudair for an IML Production Supervisor. The supervisor will oversee daily production operations, manage production schedules, ensure smooth workflow, and maintain product quality standards. This role includes coordinating with teams to meet deadlines, optimizing resources, and monitoring performance for operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Demonstrated Supervisory Skills, including leadership, team management, and the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
Strong understanding of Production Planning and Production Schedules to ensure efficient resource allocation and timely completion of manufacturing goals.
Proficiency in Production Management to oversee end-to-end production processes with a focus on quality and operational excellence.
Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with team members, other departments, and stakeholders.
Knowledge of IML packaging and previous experience in the plastic manufacturing industry are advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to meet operational challenges successfully.

We are seeking a dedicated individual to lead our air conditioning assembly lines in Riyadh. As a part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient production processes and maintaining high standards.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage daily production and supervise staff on air conditioning assembly lines, ensuring 4M1E preparation is completed effectively.
Coordinate and resolve line abnormalities, monitor production progress, and achieve daily output targets while ensuring perfect work order completion.
Train and develop the production team to enhance efficiency.
Implement 5S management and basic site improvements for better workflow.
Conduct monthly production status reviews and prepare production plans accordingly.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of production management experience in air conditioning; proficient in RAC assembly processes.
Strong leadership and employee management skills.
Good command of English and Urdu.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work under pressure.
