Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting Guests: Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
• Managing Reservations: Handle reservations efficiently while communicating with relevant departments.
• Seating Arrangements: Organize seating to accommodate guests and manage waitlists during peak times.
• Communication Hub: Act as a link between guests, servers, and kitchen staff for seamless service.
• Menu Familiarity: Be knowledgeable of the menu to assist guests with their selections.
• Upselling and Promotion: Promote special menu offerings and enhance the dining experience.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Oversee cleanliness in the waiting areas.
• Customer Relationship Building: Build positive relationships with guests and seek their feedback.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail in managing reservations and guest interactions.

Qualifications:
Ideally, candidates should hold a diploma in Hotel or Business Administration and have 23 years of relevant experience in an international luxury hotel chain. Fluency in English is essential, while Arabic is preferred.

This position is perfect for individuals passionate about customer service and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart.
• Assist in seating guests promptly and efficiently.
• Provide guests with menus and inform them about daily specials.
• Handle phone inquiries regarding reservations and wait times.
• Coordinate with the waitstaff to ensure timely service.
• Monitor the dining area for cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Address guest complaints or concerns professionally.
• Assist in training new host staff as required.
• Participate in team meetings for service improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 13 years of experience in a hospitality role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
• Familiarity with reservation management software is a plus.
