Role Overview
As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for crafting and maintaining robust data pipelines, utilizing Python and SQL to ensure efficient extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Pipeline Development: Build and optimize data pipelines to facilitate seamless data flow across systems and platforms.
• Database Management: Manage databases, ensuring their integrity, and implementing data storage and retrieval solutions.
• Cloud Services Integration: Leverage cloud services such as MS Azure, GCP, and AWS to architect and deploy scalable data solutions.
• Machine Learning Integration: Collaborate with teams to integrate machine learning models into data pipelines for enhanced data processing.
• Utilizing Spark & Kafka: Implement and work with Spark and Kafka for real-time data processing and analytics.

Desired Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Data Engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and database management.
• Experience with Data Pipelines ETL, Cloud Services (MS Azure, GCP, AWS), ML Modeling, Spark & Kafka.
• Proven problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.

Position Objectives:
- Transform complex datasets into intuitive dashboards.
- Design and automate recurring and executive reports.
- Improve data accuracy and ensure timely availability of insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI, Tableau, and web-based dashboards to provide actionable insights.
• Automate standard and executive reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective dashboards.
• Apply UX principles to ensure dashboards are user-friendly and visually compelling.
• Utilize ETL processes and data integration techniques for data preparation.
• Develop scripts or workflows using Python for data manipulation and advanced analytics.
• Incorporate advanced analytics to enhance reporting capabilities.
• Continuously monitor, validate, and improve the quality and performance of dashboards.

General Duties:
- Report daily to the Senior Manager on performance management and operational metrics.
- Ensure performance management requirements are met during the handover from network delivery to operations.
- Contribute to meetings and workshops on performance management and reporting.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency of data in reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align reporting with operational goals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, telecommunications, or engineering.
- 5 years of professional experience in performance management and reporting design.
- Strong experience with Power BI and report automation.
- Proficient in Python and ETL processes.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
