About the Role

Role Responsibilities
  • Establish professional relationships with prospects to understand their needs.
  • Support business development activities, including preparation and negotiation of bid responses.
  • Identify target accounts and generate leads for the sales team.
  • Work towards assigned order intake targets while complying with company policies.
  • Consistently achieve fiscal plans through new service agreements and repairs.

Minimum Requirements
  • 45 years of sales experience in service agreements and repairs in the HVAC industry.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Expertise in MS Office applications.
  • Self-motivated, team player with effective communication skills.
