Role Overview:
As a Lighting Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our project life cycle, from client interaction to successful handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and market opportunities in target industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors.
• Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.

• Collaborate with presales and technical teams for accurate pricing.

Role Overview:
The Solutions Engineer – Saudi Arabia serves as the technical and solution-consulting bridge between customers, partners, and the commercial organization. The role is instrumental in accelerating customer adoption, shaping technical decisions, and positioning Nemetschek’s portfolio—including BIM, collaboration, visualization, and digital twin solutions—as a foundation for Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and national giga-projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, understanding challenges across BIM adoption, digital workflows, collaboration platforms, visualization, construction coordination, and digital twins.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, solution architecture discussions, and requirement mapping aligned with customer objectives.
• Deliver high-impact product demonstrations, workshops, PoCs, and pilots that clearly communicate value, efficiency gains, and differentiation.
• Design integrated solutions leveraging Nemetschek’s multi-brand ecosystem.
• Work closely with account leadership and regional teams to support opportunity qualification, solution positioning, and engagement progression.
• Provide technical input for tenders, ensuring alignment with KSA regulations.
• Support value justification through ROI modeling and technical validation.
• Represent Nemetschek as a technical thought leader at industry events and workshops.
• Capture customer insights and relay feedback to regional and global product teams.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Computer Science, or a related field. 5–10+ years of experience in solution engineering or technical advisory roles, preferably in BIM or SaaS technology solutions. Strong understanding of AEC/O digital workflows.

Join Carrier as a Senior Sales Engineer
Carrier is the world leader in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration, fire, security, and cold chain solutions. We're seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Senior Sales Engineer to help us support our sales activities and enhance customer relationships.

Role Overview
The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for promoting the Carrier value proposition to customers by understanding their operational and business objectives. Key responsibilities include:

• Building and managing long-term customer relationships.
• Seeking out, qualifying, and closing new sales opportunities.
• Creating competitive estimates and proposals under guidance.
• Negotiating terms and ensuring compliance with financial standards.
• Direct sales of chilled water equipment (Chillers, AHUs & FCUs).

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in sales of chilled water products.
• Preferred experience in Riyadh and Dammam markets.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven sales track record in Saudi Arabia.
