As a Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our growth and success by conducting market research, identifying sales opportunities, and directly engaging with customers.

Your Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
Arrange meetings with customers and visit construction sites to meet technical managers and decision-makers.
Conduct product demonstrations and on-site pull-out tests when required.
Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
Actively seek out sales opportunities through calls, networking, and online tools.
Prepare reports and update management on sales activities.
Participate in company training programs in Europe.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in KSA (Riyadh), preferably in the construction industry (façade, MEP, steel, etc.).
Legally eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
Valid Saudi driving license with active driving experience.
Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
University degree, preferably in engineering.

Job Brief:
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for promoting and selling water and wastewater treatment solutions, including HVAC water treatment systems, to customers across commercial, industrial, and government sectors. Ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce, and ERP systems.
Valid Driving License is mandatory.

Role Overview:
As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the water and wastewater sector.
Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Preparing technical and commercial proposals and ensuring smooth project execution.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Understand and interpret client requirements to recommend suitable TPS products.
Prepare and deliver proposals in coordination with the technical department.
Follow up on quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet targets.
Support after-sales service in collaboration with the technical team.
Monitor project progress and maintain accurate records.
Represent TPS at trade shows and other events.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Environmental, Chemical, or related discipline).
Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales or business development.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to interpret engineering drawings.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of industry standards is a plus.
