Role Overview:
We are looking for young, ambitious, and career-driven KSA nationals to join our fast-growing business as a Receptionist. Your role will be pivotal in creating a welcoming environment at our front office and ensuring smooth administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests and visitors with professionalism.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages accurately.
  • Maintain safety, cleanliness, and tidiness at the reception and office areas.
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and handle purchasing.
  • Manage document control and undertaking administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Assist in presentation preparation, formatting of documents, and other ad hoc tasks.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
