The Sales Specialist Role

Knowledge Economic City is seeking a Sales Specialist to join its Sales Team in Medina. This full-time position is centered on the promotion and sale of premium off-plan residential projects. The specialist will be instrumental in building strong client relationships and delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through various sales channels.
Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and property tours.
Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable property solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from initial inquiry to reservation and handover coordination.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with business partners.
Follow up with brokers and ensure timely communication with prospective buyers.
Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and update all activities in the CRM system.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular pipeline updates.
Stay informed about project details, pricing, payment plans, and market trends.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Customer Experience, and Sales Operations teams to maximize conversion rates.

Candidate Profile and Requirements
