Join Hilton as a Safety and Security Manager!

As a Safety and Security Manager at Hilton, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of security for assigned hotels, ensuring a safe experience for guests and team members. Your role will involve assisting in investigations, liaising with local enforcement officials, and managing safety and risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage internal and external guest accident and incident records.
• Guide investigations related to criminal activities at the hotel.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Liaise with local enforcement for inspections and investigations.
• Analyze accident data to manage resources effectively.
• Train team members on safety issues and compliance.

What We're Looking For:
You should have a minimum of five years of experience in security management within the hospitality industry, possess strong communication and supervisory skills, and be able to work independently under pressure. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a degree in security and safety being advantageous.
