Are you ready to take on a leadership role in managing day-to-day operations within the dynamic water transmission and distribution sector? SUEZ is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a significant project in the NEOM region of Saudi Arabia. Your role will be vital in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of potable water to our communities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage operational staff to ensure efficient running of all assets.
- Define and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for reservoirs, pumping stations, and networks.
- Monitor system performance, ensuring compliance with ENOWA’s specifications and KPIs.
- Coordinate with maintenance managers to align operational and maintenance needs.
- Conduct operational tours and inspections, preparing reports for management.
- Support incident management and oversee meetings on system performance.
- Liaise with subcontractors for operational needs and services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field).
- 10-15 years of progressive experience in water utility operations, with at least 5 in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of water treatment and distribution systems, familiarity with SCADA, and modern operational technologies.
- Proven leadership and communication skills, with strong analytical abilities.
- Experience in the Saudi Arabia or GCC water sector is preferred.
- Excellent command of English; Arabic is highly regarded, French is a plus.
- A valid driving license.
