We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Supervisor to manage our Salesmen and oversee Sales & Distribution activities in the Medina area. The ideal candidate will ensure that our team meets sales targets while adhering to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in setting sales targets and motivate the team to achieve them.
  • Gather market insights and report competitor activities.
  • Oversee the execution of the Replenishment program to ensure product availability.
  • Maintain relationships with Modern Trade/Wholesale customers.
  • Optimize journey planning for the sales team.
  • Ensure monitoring of product shelf life and manage inventory effectively.
  • Manage customer credit and execute the company credit policy.
  • Provide training and mentorship to the sales team.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct daily performance reviews with the sales staff.

Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or vocational degree in business, marketing, or finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of Van Sales experience or 2 years in a similar supervisory role.
  • Analytical skills and a friendly but firm approach.
  • People management experience.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
  • Physically fit and computer literate.

Role Purpose

    • Position the company business & products value based on market & customers’ needs.
    • Identify the targeted customers to provide their needs in a timely and efficient way.
    • Analyze customers' business challenges to offer comprehensive proposals and solutions.
  • Market intelligence:
    • Understand the market situation and challenges.
    • Determine market segmentation.
    • Define the market trend & needs.
    • Identify competitors’ capability.
    • Develop the business in different market segments.
  • Reporting:
    • Monitor and generate daily/weekly and monthly reports for each sales member.
    • Prepare regular monthly and fortnightly forecasts.

Education & Certifications
University degree in Engineering, Business, Sales and Marketing, or any related field.

Required Years Of Experience
4-5 years experience selling printing and Managed Print Services (MPS) Solutions.

This role entails supervising store teams, driving territory revenue, developing customer relationships, and ensuring consistent execution of company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support store managers and supervisors in the area; provide coaching, feedback, and development to improve team capability and achieve sales objectives.
  • Develop and implement area sales plans, promotions, and local merchandising strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and average transaction value.
  • Monitor store and area KPIs (sales, conversion, average basket, shrinkage) regularly; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions to meet targets.
  • Conduct regular store visits to evaluate customer experience, visual merchandising, stock availability, and compliance with company standards; provide actionable feedback to store teams.
  • Support inventory management and replenishment processes across the area by coordinating with supply chain and store teams to ensure product availability and minimize stock discrepancies.
  • Drive recruitment, onboarding, and training activities for store leadership roles in the area; assist with scheduling and workforce planning to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service; support resolution of escalated customer issues to protect satisfaction and brand reputation.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety regulations, cash control procedures, and loss prevention practices across all stores in the area.
  • Collaborate with regional management, marketing, and operational teams to roll out campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and peak trading plans effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost efficiencies, and commercial growth; lead local initiatives to improve store performance and customer experience.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of retail experience with at least 2 years in a multi-store supervisory, area, or field sales role preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance across multiple locations.
  • Experience with inventory control, merchandising, and basic financial controls at store or area level.
  • Legal authorization to work in the designated country and willingness to travel within the assigned area as required.

Required Skills:
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to develop and motivate diverse store teams.
  • Commercial mindset with analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and translate insights into action.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with store teams, customers, and cross-functional partners.
