Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in updating customer service procedures and manuals.
- Identify strengths and weaknesses in customer service systems and prepare specialized documents and reports.
- Conduct studies and analyses to establish key performance indicators in collaboration with quality management.
- Develop advanced programs and creative initiatives to meet customer needs and expectations.
- Analyze data to identify patterns of complaints and gaps, and create plans to address these issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in various fields such as Marketing, Public Relations, Customer Service, or Executive Secretarial Studies.
Skills:
