About the Human Resources Specialist Role

MPFM - Multi Paths Facilities Management Co. is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to support its operations in Jeddah. MPFM provides comprehensive facility and property management solutions across Saudi Arabia, catering to diverse client needs through customized programs. The company employs over 5,000 professionals and operates in multiple major cities, serving sectors such as food and beverage, healthcare, retail, and logistics.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Human Resources Specialist will be integral to the daily functioning of the HR department. This role involves managing essential HR operations, including employee onboarding processes, maintaining accurate employee documentation, and overseeing personnel records. The specialist will also play a key part in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, assist with employee benefits administration, and serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries from staff and management. Key responsibilities include managing attendance and leave systems, supporting disciplinary procedures, and contributing to recruitment efforts by screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment offers. Furthermore, the role supports training and development initiatives, generates HR reports and metrics, and ensures adherence to local labor laws and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding and personnel records management.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate employee benefits administration.
  • Respond to HR-related inquiries from staff and managers.
  • Manage attendance, leave, and disciplinary processes.
  • Contribute to recruitment activities: screening, scheduling, and offer preparation.
  • Support training and development initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • A strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with practical experience in daily HR operations.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and employee benefits, including their implementation, communication, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in personnel management, including maintaining accurate records and managing employee lifecycle processes.
  • Understanding of Saudi labor laws and regulations, with the ability to apply them to HR practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is considered an advantage.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and foster positive employee relationships.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications are a plus.
  • Previous experience in facilities management, manpower outsourcing, or related industries is beneficial.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, within the Makkah Region of Saudi Arabia. The role also supports operations in Makkah.
